Automotive Rubber Products

Rubber manufacturing capabilities include injection molded rubber, rubber-to metal bonding, compression and transfer molded rubber products, tank linings, pulley lagging and roll covering. WEGU utilizes injection presses up to 500 tons, and compression transfer machines with capacities of up to 2000 tons.

WEGU’s manufacturing capability has extended over the last 20 years to include single and multi-color plastic injection molding specializing in bonding polymeric rubbers to thermoplastics, metals and other materials.

Our rubber manufacturing capabilities are quite extensive and versatile,  specializing in a variety of rubber products and processes.

Utilizing presses up to 650 tons, WEGU can produce high-quality injection molded rubber components.

This process ensures strong adhesion between rubber and metal parts, essential for many automotive applications.

In addition to our rubber capabilities, we have expanded over the last 20 years to include single and multi-color plastic injection molding. This includes bonding polymeric rubbers to thermoplastics, metals, and other materials, creating durable and high-performance automotive components.
